Terms of Service

1. What this service is

Halloween AI turns one photo you upload into a short AI-generated Halloween transformation video (mummy, witch, vampire or ghost). You pay once per video. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee that a particular generation will look a certain way.

2. Photos and consent

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of another adult who has given you permission to use it. You must not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, or anyone who has not consented. You are responsible for the photo you upload and for any claim arising from it. The person shown must be 18 or older.

3. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. One video costs $5.99 USD, charged once at checkout. There is no subscription. If a technical failure prevents your video from rendering, you may retry at no extra cost. Because generation begins immediately, completed renders are non-refundable. Uploads that violate the prohibited use rules below may be rejected before rendering and refunded.

4. AI-generated output

Videos are synthetic and may contain visual artifacts. Do not present them as real footage. You are responsible for how you publish and label them on any platform.

5. Prohibited use

This section is our Acceptable Use policy and applies to every upload, prompt and generated video. You must not generate, upload or distribute any of the following:

• Sexual or NSFW content of any kind, including nudity and sexualized depictions of any person.
• Violent, gory or graphic content, or content that encourages self-harm.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that dehumanizes a protected group.
• Any content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent, including celebrities, public figures and private individuals.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

We may refuse, remove or block any generation that breaks these rules, and we may refuse service at our discretion.

Automated screening. Every upload passes automated safety screening before rendering: submitted photos are checked against content-safety classifiers for sexual content, content involving minors, violence and other prohibited categories, and flagged submissions are blocked and reviewed by a human before any video is produced.

6. Reporting and moderation

To report content or a generation that breaks these terms, email hello@halloweenai.space with the job link or the URL of the published video. We review reports within three business days.

When we receive a report or detect a violation, we check the upload, the prompt and the rendered video against the rules above. If a violation is confirmed, we delete the stored photo and video, block further generations on that job, and may suspend access for repeat or serious violations. We may also report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.

7. Trademarks and music

Halloween AI is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any film franchise, studio, publisher or character rights holder. The mummy, witch, vampire and ghost themes are generic Halloween archetypes rendered by the PixVerse video model; we do not use or distribute any copyrighted footage, artwork or audio. Videos ship silent so you can add your own soundtrack in the app where you post.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halloween AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected video.
